Red SoxEspn is reporting Josh Beckett wasn't stellar in the Boston Red Sox 9-7 win over the New York Yankees last night, giving up eight hits and two homers, striking out only one and giving away three walks. But the team is apparently getting very close to finalizing a long-term deal with the ace, according to ESPN.
