Phillies Talk: Phillies should get back on Halladay
PhilliesPhilliesphandom.com is reporting So last week the rumors resurfaced that the Phillies are still trying to acquire Roy Halladay from the Toronto Blue Jays, and the memories of the hours leading up to the trade deadline in July relinquished.

So, during our live chat today at www.delawareonline.com, some of you asked if the Phillies prefer to acquire a starter or a reliever before the July 31 trade deadline. Based on the conversations I've had with people close to the team, I offered my best guess (a starter). Manuel's answer: Both.
