Major League Baseball confirmed that outfielder Manny Ramirez has tested positive for performance-enhancing drugs and will be suspended 50 games."

The Dodgers' latest offer is like their original offer in that it's for $45 million over two years, but the new twist is that Ramirez could opt out after one year.
